Processing Times:
At Thee Hair Label, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We run on a hybrid system ; our website stays open with pre-orders under a 3-8 business day processing period with Occasional restocks.
• Pre-Order Items: If your order includes a pre-order item, please allow 3-8 processing days for preparation before it ships. This ensures we have the right inventory available to meet your needs.
• In-Stock Items: If your order does not include "pre-order", it is considered ready to ship. These orders will require 1-5 processing days before being shipped this includes Express Shipping which will get your hair to you NEXY DAY once shipped.
Shipping Service:
We use UPS as our primary shipping service to deliver your products safely and securely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, making it easy for you to track your order directly through UPS.
Shipping Fees:
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
• We offer flat-rate shipping for specific regions and offer discounts on bulk orders.
Note:
• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship them together once the pre-order items are ready.
• We ship worldwide! International orders may have different processing times, so be sure to check for specific details at checkout.
Refund Policy:
Due to the personal nature of our products and their high demand, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Order Adjustments: Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment. This means changes or cancellations are not allowed after submission. Please double-check your order details, including product selections and shipping information, before finalizing your purchase.
Transit Delays: In rare instances, transit delays may occur. Thee Hair Label is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or acts of nature. Consequently, refunds or chargebacks will not be honored for transit delays due to these factors.
Chargebacks: Thee Hair Label does not take responsibility for chargebacks related to shipping delays, lost, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by the carrier. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.
